It can be upsetting when you lose a charger for an older device. Took a gamble that Best Buy would have something. The sales associate knew exactly what I needed, with out making feel like I was antiquated or stupid, oh and I forgot to mention I didn't have the battery on me. The replacement charger was exactly what i needed and it actually charged my camera's battery even faster then the one that came with the camera. I'm very happy I can continue to use my older sony camera.

Way more convenient than tying up your device just to use it as a charger. Now you can charge a spare battery while still using your device. In my opinion these should be included with every device out if the box.

I had to replace my Cybershot after hubby dropped it from a horse while in the Grand Canyon. Lens all messed up :-(. Bought new one with with wi-fi capability; however battery is smaller and only way to charge was through camera. That stinks. So I bought this charger to charge extra battery while using other battery in camera. Works great and completely eliminates charging through camera. The LED readout is a great feature and battery life is exceptional. Only complaint is the size of charger. It's almost as big as the camera! Overall, it's a great charger and I would highly recommend it

I think this charger should come with the camera I bought. Plugging into the wall is a far simpler way to recharge batteries, in my opinion, than the other options. As far as double-checking the charge is concerned, I don't know whether the issue is with chargers or batteries; but to get a really full charge I have found I should plug it in a second time just to be sure it's fully charged. It seems to be a universal issue. If it's the batteries, then this charger gets 5 stars.

Love it, as I always have a camera battery ready to take my GRANDKIDS pictures! As the camera I purchased, only gave me a plug in charger to the camera. So could not charge one, while using the other. I traveled Alaska for 2 weeks and NEVER was without a battery. So glad I bought it!

This was perfect! I prefer this charger to the original for the camera. A lot of Bulky and no extra cords

Excellent quality product. The employee at the Best Buy who recommended this one to me did not know what he was talking about. This charger didn't end up being the correct one for my batteries, but it seemed to be of great build quality despite that.
