Small compact. Easy to use prefect. For the movies or titles. U still have without having to go over the top.

Just right for my movie-watching needs. It does everything, I don't want too many bells and whistles because it's too much work to learn it all. Ialso I got it on the Labor Day special sale which put it in my spending range.

This is a small, lightweight unit with lots of ports. Very easy to use. Instruction book is included and is useful for installation and operation. Outstanding high quality upscaling of regular DVDs and online streaming video. Highly recommended!

Very easy to setup and it comes pre-loaded with standard apps, Netflix, Amazon, etc. Connects quickly to Wi-Fi. Standard remote included allowing you to quickly jump through the menu options. Great video quality both streaming and DVD.

This product is easy to use. It is a little slow at times when streaming Hulu. We have high speed internet and no issues on any other device. I would still highly recommend because great picture quality and easy to set up and use.

This is very easy to connect, I have had no problems. Very compact and i can watch all my DVD's as well. Makes my older model TV a Smart TV. Will buy another very soon.

this DVD player does everything as advertised. Easy to hook up and the player itself in a smaller package--about half the size of my old DVD player. Would have given it a 5 star except the remote can't be programmed for my TV--a Best Buy brand Insignia

I bought this Sony blu-ray player to use with my six year old LED HDTV that's not 4K. I have an extensive DVD collection and a much smaller number of Blu-ray disks that I enjoy watching. However, I don't stream from Netflix, or the other PPV services, because my DSL connection isn't fast enough for a true HDTV experience. I bought this player because the 4K upscaling capability improves the video quality of my DVDs and, of course, Blu-ray disks look absolutely flawless! I'm very happy with my Sony BDP-S6700 and I recommend it to users who don't yet feel the need to upgrade to 4K!

No one watches DVDs anymore, do they? I still have many of my favorite movies on DVD and Blu Ray. I already had this exact same model. However, when my wife decided she wanted to watch some of her favorite DVDs downstairs, I gave it to her. Then I found this same model as an excellent open box item. I thought it was worth it to have my own player upstairs. This model does everything I need.

this unit has a great picture on my 4K TV. we have watched regular dvds and they look great.. havent messed with the other features yet however... all I wanted was a basic 4K player. I have a fire stick for all my other needs.

Pretty good for the money. Great sound and picture. This unit does not take up a lot of space. Only flaw is that you can’t download other major streaming apps.

Product is small, sleek and super super easy to set up. Works on ALL my ancient DVD's and my ancient TV. Even the Wi-Fi and Netflix work on my dinosaur. Very impresed.

The Sony streaming Blue-ray DVD player performs as advertised. It was easy to install and even easier to operate. We are pleased with it's performance and like it so much we bought another one for our guest room.

Mounts and works very well! It fits well on the wall with my other purchases and looks great. It is easy to work and I buy this item again and highly recommend this item for anyone who wants s quality good looking, good working product.

Every so often I would like to watch a blu-ray movie on one of my projectors. This little player allows me to plug in whenever I wish and tuck it away when I don’t need it. It’s a good price, plays discs quickly, and even works well with 3D. Note, it can’t play 4K UHD discs, but it’s not advertised to. Generally I would be perfectly happy with this unit, but the addition of Bluetooth capabilities makes the whole player perfect. As one would imagine, pico projectors generally have horrible sound. Being able to send the audio wirelessly to an external speaker made me love this unit all the more.

So glad I chose this simply DVD player. Really easy to setup and use. Takes up very little space. Not as expensive as the fancier ones but does exactly what it needs to do.

I replaced my old Samsung Blu-Ray player with this Sony model since the Samsung's firmware could not play some of my newer DVD's. I don't have a 4K TV so the features and price of this model worked perfectly for me. If you use the Quick Start feature, the main menu pops up really fast. The streaming apps work better than those on my Smart TV plus it can connect to my higher bandwidth 5GHz WiFi channels. This is a nice Blu-Ray player with excellent 1080p picture and sound quality.

Great price point, and works perfectly. Upscaling on a 4K Samsung TV gives a nice picture. So far have not had any problems. Streaming is definitely a plus.

We liked this blue ray because it was easy to hook it up to our tv and it small in size so it fit were we needed it on the shelf. The picture quality on our Samsung tv.
