Good value 4K WITH 3D

Great unit for price!

We sit about 10 feet away from unit and hear no disc noise. It's plastic and very lightweight, but doesn't feel brittle, but it's definitely not the sturdiest build. Great unit for the price!

Great 4K upscaling player

I can see a difference between my old Blue Ray and this and for the cost it is well worth the step up. Remember however, this does not play 4K, only try's to upscale your Blue Ray to look like a 4K, which I do not know if it does all the way, but as mentioned I definitely can see an improvement from a simple Blue Ray Player and I would recommend

Great Purchase

The older one wouldn't play files from anything larger than a 2 TB device. This one plays files from a 4 TB device with no problems. DVD / Blue Ray player provides very good video and audio during playback. Upconverts regular DVDs to 1080. Quick Start function, once set up, is a great feature.

Works well- no ‘zoom’

Once thing I’m disapointed- when playing a BluRay I burned, (4k source) it does not fill the TV screen. My old BluRay player would do so, but I have to modify it on the TV with this one. So then I can’t see the menu. Seems most of them now are that way. Other than that, it works well and is small. (Volume won’t control TV either, but I have not investigated if there is a solution)
