This is a fantastic player have never had any problems with this machine and it is very user friendly..

Works well with my 3d tv,Easy hook up,4k enhances older DVD I already own.Hope they keep making 3d movies to use with this.Also luv my LG 4k 3d tv I use this with!!

My tech at Best Buy, after helping with our 4K TV and sound bar explained we had one more step to take. He recommended this Sony, and it's been amazing how well it upscales our DVDs.

This is a great Blu-ray for the price. The he remote and interface is very user friendly and it's size let me place it right under the TV without a separate stand.

I bought this player along with a Sony 4K tv the picture is incredible even if it is just a DVD and I love how the remote works the tv and blue ray with ease

Bought this because my Samsung model was skipping my cd's. This one doesn't. But the best thing is the picture quality when playing blue Ray. Great picture.

It's small, fast, and works well. We have used blu-ray and regular dvds, streaming features and have not had any problems. Have not tried the 3D videos yet.

This Blue Ray player is first rate. Only drawback was a quirky on/off button performance, but once it's on, it works flawlessly. Wifi is a great option also.

One of the challenges of having a system of televisions, DVRs, home theatres is being certain there is compatibility while at the same time, having the features that are found among other brands at equivalent prices. This Sony DVR meets many of the criteria suggested above. So, I'm not terribly disappointed if there is an item or two found among other brands. There's also the challenge of knowing when the next generation is coming. Watch the prices. When the price seems to continually bottom out, be aware that something newer and "greater" is coming soon. This DVR is in the bracket of being "replaced." Is it still good enough? Yes.

We bought this for our parents who are in their 70's. We needed it to be simple to use and they have used it several times so I think we chose the right one!

This Sony Blue-Ray Player is a great value for the price paid, we have owed any Sony products over the years and have never regretted a single Sony purchase.

this is my 2nd Blu Ray player from Sony. I paid $300 for the original so this one is cheap in comparison. this will also play 3D blu ray and my family loves it.

Very nice upscaling of DVDs, disconnecting from the Internet can be a problem while watching Netflix but usually in between movies machine locks up but overall I like the player

Had to replace my old DVD player once it finally stopped working. This model had a great price point and when watching a blue ray the picture was phenominal. So far so good.

Bought this as I was a deal of the day and hald high expectations from the reviews I read. Lives up to the hype and then some. Phenomenal picture quality.

The best player they offered in the store I supported all the file formats for discs I burned myself and had online streaming too. Works great no issues found.

This 4K DVD player has been great, we've only had it for a couple months but so far so good. It doesn't seem to play scratched dvds as well as our regular blu-ray player does.

Great Blu-Ray player with lots of features. More compact design than my previous 2012 Blu-Ray player, so it fits easier in TV cabinets. Highly recommend!

It took me a while to decide which dvd player to buy. I finally decided to stick with the Sony brand. This player was easy to set up and use. We love it.
