Posted .Hi kyou, thank you for your review. We're sorry for the late reply and for the disappointment this might have caused you. We would like to suggest you to change the 4K settings on this player. Here are the steps: Press Home button on the supplied remote > Go to Setup > Go to Screen Settings > Select 4K output [Auto2]. NOTE: You need to have a 4K/24p -compatible equipment / TV. For more details, you can check out this manual on page 30: https://docs.sony.com/release/Manual_4571032111.pdf. Dave
