Netflix and Amazon Prime are app's and all you do is sign in once to be able to enter your account thereafter. I don't have a 4K TV yet, but got this with the hopes that soon I will. I also play DVD's and the navigation is intuitive between that and the app's. No complaints with this blu-ray player.
