We own 3 Sony DVD players. They vary in age and have been more reliable. They produce a great picture quality. Wireless reception strength is good but I always end up hardline Ethernet for best speeds.

I did the research in the store on my phone to figure which model would be the best for my new lg 4k TV. Could not get anyone in the store to help me.

I got this for the 4K upscaling. Sony also has some nice features built in, but most are not necessary if you have a smart TV or something like a Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, Chrome, etc.

I had ordered open box product and it is in flawless condition. Looks like a new one only. The BRP support almost all the media file types and contains inbuilt apps which are useful.

The small size of this unit makes it easy to place anywhere, either in your media closet or next to your TV. Picture quality is excellent utilizing both streaming (2.4G) and Blu-Ray discs. The unit uses a transformer rather than an AC cord. Only difficulty I had was identifying where to hook up my IR sensor. The enclosed instruction manual was not detailed enough so I ended up on Sony's website to download the unit's manual.

The up scaling is great! I do not think that the 3d can be beat. I have not seen any ghosting on any my Blu-ray's, whether old or new. I couldn't ask for more in 3D Blu-ray player.

I purchase a TV that had apps but by using those apps I had to use the TV speakers not the surround sound speakers. The DVD player allows me to access the apps and enjoy great sound.

The clarity of the images is beyond what I expected. The 3D movies are also quite impressive. The size of the unit is great too. It fits right under the TV. It's a great product.

Purchased new Sony TV and existing Blu Ray Player did not work. Back to Best Buy to see my favorite Sales Associate. He suggested this Sony 4K Blue Ray Player. Works wonderfully.

Upscaling is basically increasing the quality of your picture. Upscaling will improve the picture quality of your older DVD's, resulting in a clearer picture. We bought a new 4K TV and wanted a new blu-ray player that would upscale our DVD's and older blu-ray's to enhance the picture. We noticed the clarity difference with the very first movie we played. Highly recommend this item to go along with any TV.

this 65 samsung is rated very high in comparisons of the best tvs out there. no wonder, all you have to do is experience it and watch what you used to and see the difference.

Very compact and sleek. No issues at all with the wifi. Streams Netflix, Hulu, etc great.

I've had this Blu-ray player for about a month and am glad I chose it. The gui is visually pleasing while maintaining ease of use.

This is a great unit for the money. I prefer the user interface over the Samsung and Panasonic players. Has a hardwired ethernet connection and built-in WiFi which is useful.

I received this 4K blu-ray player free with the purchase of a Sony receiver. All I can say is wow! Crystal clear crisp picture to complement my 4K television and 4K receiver!

The unit performs wonderfully and has all the specs I needed. Good value for the money and when I found it on sale at BB for $100, I grabbed it. Works great with my 4K LG TV.
