So if you are watching something and you suddenly have something that may come up in say a half hour or hour, you don't know if you can finish the film. I learned the hard way that pausing for a long period of time is bad with this device. It did something to the TV to where I had to unplug the DVD player and restart the TV twice to get it to stop. It was doing something bizarre during playback that looked like it was skipping frames. I found that if you have to pause, say for a phone call, it's best to just hit the stop button and then resume. I just hope this thing works after my extended warranty.

High Quality Sony blur -ray player

Boots up very fast, much responsive then older Sony models. Has all the latest apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube. I'm very happy with this purchase.

It's smaller than my last blu-ray player, which is GREAT!! We've watched a few dvds and listened to Pandora, which I live by, lol!! I'm very happy with my purchase!!
