If you are going to have a nice TV with tons of features & great resolution, this is a perfect addition to get the best viewing possible from your streaming services or BluRay discs.

Ease of use and setup made this a great purchase. The quality of picture is good and I really like the interface for streaming services.

Upgraded to this new blue ray player when I purchased my new UHD TV. Sony is the best and the picture quality with the 4K up level is great.

This product is great! It was especially worth what we paid for it! It can stream and play blurays, plus it up plays the blurays to 4K!

We ordered this to replace our seven year old Sony Blue ray player and this one is much more compact and we will see how this on holds up compared to the old one which technology wise could not keep up with the latest graphics. Thanks to Best buy employees I was able to decide between two Sony DVD players. So far we are very happy with our purchase. Newer DVD's that would not play or load in our old one now load and play fast. Our old Sony took forever to open and close the player and also to load DVD's. This one is super fast.

The internet connection is really smooth and there are lots of options for adding to your "Favorites" for quicker selection. The DVD/Bluray player works extremely well also, but I haven't been using that as much as I'm more of a streamer.

I liked the size of this unit because the cabinet I was putting it in was small so it fit just right. It was also quick and easy to set up.

We needed a new and hopefully "Smart" DVD/Blu-Ray player because the remote stopped working on our five year old model. This purchase was the top of the line offered in store and the sales associate was generous to match the price I had seen on it elsewhere.

Best Buy had several Blue Ray players on sale at the time I bought this Sony. I have had other brands in the past which had issues. Even though the Sony was a few dollars more than competitors, I decided to go with Sony. Sure glad I did. This unit worked first time out of the box and was very easy set up and use. Has never rejected a DVD or Blue Ray for any reason. I have had other players that were overly sensitive to dirt or scratches and would quit playing half way through a movie. So far this one works great.

This is very reliable, small, and has great picture with any DVD. I have had it for over 6 months and it is still working great.

It works as intended, up scale is very good, smart features work well also, Remote is easy to use ,easy to set up. A good purchase.

Love this player. I like the fact that it doesn't take up a lot of space. Easy to hookup and easy to operate. I recommend this product.

Works as advertised, although it occasionally freezes up and requires a hard boot (power off/power on). Does seem to up-screen digital video to something a little bit better, but not 4K quality.
