I LOVE IT BECUSE IT PLAYS ALMOST EVERY SINGLE FORMAT THAT YOU CAN THINK OF USING THE USB PORT.

This 3D Blu-Ray player produces amazing 1080P quality but although it has 4k upscaler, I stopped using the feature because I found my OLED upscaler does a better job. As for the 3D: it DOES read very well, I don't use its built-in settings to tweak it because, my 65" OLED 3D engages its own 3D features, and re-interprets the data which causes very undesirable noise and artifacts. When playing my old DVDs I need to play with the controls a little in order to get a nice pic... The streaming apps are fine, the www browser sucks, cumbersome, buggy, slow. The remote control is small, the small rubber buttons "wobble" when pressed, and since they are crammed and offer poor tactile feedback you must be careful when reaching for this remote. Its unintuitive, and offers poor ergonomics. Overall, I would recommend to others, since this player is one of the few that offers 4K upscaling and possibly the only one I know with 3D reading capabilities before you move on to native 4K players in the $300 range. Its a tough call though, when considering that most TV's today ARE smart, and almost all 4k tvs feature built-in 4K upscalers, specifically engineered to work with the TV's circuitry, seamlessly integrated, they may likely to produce much cleaner upscaled image.. I'm not crazy about it,

Haven't used it all that much. Mostly to just get the system working. The disk I played was Pirates Of The Caribbean. I have both 3D and Normal versions. I tried the 3D disk first and it played okay but the battery in my 3D glasses quit so I had to use the normal version. I didn't see all that much of an improvement over my older player but then the disk is several years old. Over all I think it is a good player and would recommend it.

I am really happy with this product. However, the only thing I wish it had and capable of is, that the owner could download any app. of their choosing on their own. Be nice.

The Sony BDPS6500 works well. It's nice to be able to watch blu-ray DVD's on my LG screen. Make sure to buy an HDMI cable as it's not included.

I'm losing my wire connection to broadband and needed a WiFi device that could handle streaming. This does it for the services I wanted and at a reasonable price. Screen mirroring works well.

Very easy to use. Compact size is nice so it doesn't take up much space on the shelf.

Easy to hook up & plays dvds as it should. It doesn't pick up Wi-Fi as well as our last player which is disappointing, but is still a decent player.

Regardless how small its look, it is an excellent streaming blue ray player. It is very set up, connects quickly to the router and streams much faster than many other players I had. Simple and less cumbersome remote is another plus, altogether, it is a five star player.
