Beautiful Bluray that has all the functions I need. 4K,3D,wi-if. Love it.

This Blue Ray Player takes your normal DVDs and makes them look close to a Blue Ray DVD quality. If you have an HD TV, try it. This player has upgraded my Regular DVDs to nearly BlueRay quality. I can see the difference big time from my other normal DVD Player. I'm very happy with this Blue Ray Player. As a matter of fact, even got another one other TV in the house.

Very easy to install and hook up. The old cd's look almost as good as the blue ray.

I bought it to replace another Blu-Ray disc player that failed. Wanted added features, like access to Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime, and they were easy to set up. The whole thing only took minutes to set up, and it works absolutely great!! It did not cost an arm and a leg. either. Just a wonderful purchase that gets a lot of use. Outstanding!! Just what I wanted.

The Blu-ray play works well and the quality of the built in wifi is significantly stronger and more reliable than the one that it replaced. At times it is slow to start streaming or playing a movie and over the 3-4 weeks it has been used it has froze twice. I was easy to unfreeze by unplugging and plugging back in, but if this continues I will try replacing it as the family loves the features it has.

I'd looked at the reviews of this item as well as a Samsung model online, with both being mostly similar and me leaning toward the Samsung since I have other Samsung equipment. When I visited the store, the clerk clearly laid out reasons why this item was superior, as well as being on sale at an outstanding price. I'm thoroughly happy with this item. Thanks!

I've had this player for over a months and it works just fine, no problems at all. Plays all my DVDs and hooks me up with Netflix and Amazon even though my TV is pretty old. I'm just worried now that Sony has announced it's discontinuing manufacture of its 3D products that I'll have trouble replacing my 3D TV and DVD player in the future if they break down.

Networking from Sony appears to struggle with DHCP across a wireless range extender. Samsung device in same location did not have this problem. I can reach the router network from the device without using the range extender network so it is useable, but disappointed with plug and play ability of Sony networking. Once network is established picture quality fine. Disc playback quality fine also.

I was looking for a quality 3D HD bluray DVD player to upgrade my home entertainment system, for a decent price. I have a PS4 but didn't want to over work it with watching dvds. After reading several reviews and researching other similar devices, I decided to go with this product. Great DVD player and it works well with my tv, definitely worth the investment.

This bluray upscales to 4K, it has apps to stream movies, and is nice compact size.

Very cheap and doesn't give you much to work with as far as ports. Check out pictures of front and back before you buy. Remote is super tiny. Will be lost in no time. Wouldn't stay connected to wireless so I hard wired and still had lag. Terrible and I really wanted to love it. So much that I returned it for the same exact model then returned that one for a Samsung. Amazing difference. The lady at the store even said she has been getting almost all of the Sonys back. She said prob 9 out of 10 are returned. Good luck. I really wanted to play PlayStation games on this too. A wow factor but connectivity will never allow this. Sad.
