Old unit died, went to the store for a replacement, the salesperson was very helpful. Installation was easy.

This DVD player was exactly what I needed. Excellent picture quality and it has 3D playback. Used it to replace a PC I had hooked up to the TV. Wanted to have a cleaner look in the living room. Although it's not necessarily easy navigating the internet on it, everything else about it is great!

It is easy to set up and pairing just toke about 9mins.went to get a drink and when I got back it was done.

I've had a few Samsung and I like this much better. It plays everything I throw at it and the picture is great including 3D. Small remote like everyone these days. Streaming isn't bad,but hard to evaluate because comcast makes it so hard to use these devices to stream. I just use their X1.

I haven't had a chance to use this as of yet, but if it's as good as it was to install, I'll be on cloud 9.

I have a 100% Samsung setup (TV + Soundbar) and should have gone with the Samsung blu-ray; however, I opted for the less than $100 Sony. While it is nice, it doesn't play well with the Samsung TV and universal remote. I did find it interesting that the player has apps on it as well (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc.).

One of the best blu ray players on the market. Everything works as expected except it is not region free as advertized.

We bought this originally but decided we didn't need the 4K bc the tv already had it. So we went with the midline model

Completely satisfied with the blu Ray player video quality. Wifi doesn't do 5g and sometimes has difficulty connecting

I purchased the DVD player for its smart capabilities and the ease of setup. It has performed very well. I am using it with a Sony projector, I have not used the 3-D yet but i am sure that it will perform well for Sony products have a great quality control group and there products are great.

I am so happy with my purchase i wanted to get a awesome Blu-ray player for lazy nights in with my fiancé.

No issues so far. Once the internet connection is made, menues are quick and internet content works well.

The HDCP handshake may cause problems with older TVs, but once you solve that, everything is golden!!!

I appreciate the fact that this DVD player is 50/60 Hz and can play anywhere I travel as I often travel internationally. The picture quality is excellent and the sound output is very good. I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to try a 4K picture player that travels well.

Great Blu Ray player. Would definitely recommend. Two thumbs up.
