Also, if you are using the built in WiFi instead of ethernet cables, it will glitch a lot-especially when using Hulu. Also, it randomly gets "stuck" and the power button won't turn it off, you have to unplug it. I will say it has good picture quality and the 4k looks great and it's easy to use if you're not familiar with apps on a DVD player. Returning mine..

Pictures are crystal clear, and is not like the old players. Loads quickly, and is quite. Without spending in upwards of $400 for a true 4K good bang for the buck.

This unit was recommended by the sales associate when I asked about a really good DVD player. He was spot on with his recommendation as far as I am concerned. Easy to set up. Easy to use. I am really enjoying using it .

The only problem I encountered was when I tried to register the item with Sony, the model number was not available online and I had to call in and have an employee register it for me.
