We wanted an upgrade from a very cheap USB turntable we had connected to the RCA inputs of our Bose Wave radio, and after a little searching found this Sony model. The unexpected benefit was the Bluetooth feature, which worked stunning well with our Sony Bluetooth soundbar w/ subwoofer. The assembly of the turntable was pretty easy, and it paired instantly with the soundbar. The controls are both simple and effective, so the turntable is very easy to use. While certainly not high-end, the sound is better than we expected and the convenience of the Bluetooth pairing with our otherwise unused soundbar (it was a retirement gift from my wife's old employer) has made listening to our old (and new) vinyl records very enjoyable. I highly recommend this simple setup!

When reviewing the Sony PS-LX310BT, I approached it like any self respecting audiophile would; using a digitally remastered vinyl, on a turntable with speakers connected via Bluetooth. I know the purists would scoff at the idea of a product such as this but I get it. Despite being torn on the subject personally, I know I find myself on board and appreciate the convenience. Most people today have already purchased and own numerous Bluetooth speakers, so it makes sense to drag this analog medium into the future. Not only is it convenient, it sounds great too. I tested with both a name brand soundbar and handful of portable bluetooth speakers, all sounding great. The warmth and richness (distortion and limited range) are replicated even when compressed over Bluetooth. All jokes aside, having a turntable with Bluetooth doesn’t detract from the vinyl experience, if anything it adds to it by giving you more flexibility. With that debate out of the way, Sony did a fair job with this one. The design is clean and operation is flawless. The turntable is fully automated, a welcome for newcomers such as myself but can also be operated manually if desired. The turntable will play at 33/45 rotation and accommodate both 7 and 12” records, which covers a majority of the market. The turntable is quiet; except for the noisy automated action of docking and undocking the tone arm but that’s hardly a deal breaker at this price point. Pairing speakers was simple and the turntable can store up to 10 devices. It seems to automatically attempt to join the first available one but it would be nice if it had an option (action) allowing the user to cycle through the paired devices. My only complaint is the turntable is mostly plastic, but seems solid. Overall I am pleased with the PS-LX310BT. I think it great for someone just looking to try out vinyl without growing their hair out, wearing sandals, and committing an entire bedroom to storing milk crates of vinyl.

We love this record player! Easy to set up via Bluetooth with our stereo receiver. Sounds very good to. Nothing like the mellow sound of classic vinyl.

Great for a casual vinyl listener. I use it exclusively with the Bluetooth connection. I’ll either connect a JBL Charge 4 when outside or to my home theater driven by a Yamaha RX-V4A and Klipsch Reference speakers. Both sound great. It’s very plasticky when it come to its construction and it’s belt driven instead of direct drive but if you aren’t an audiophile that’s not a big deal. The biggest thing to note is the wow and flutter is only 0.1% which is fantastic given how inexpensive this turntable is. The comparable Audio Technica Bluetooth turntables have a .25% wow and flutter rating.

Great sounding turntable. Easy to set up. We have only used it as an analog device attached to our vintage stereo. We have used 33 and 45 rpm vinyls with good sound. Looks nice too. Haven’t used the Bluetooth feature yet.

I have a lot of vinyl records from my Dad and I wanted a good turntable to play them on. This fit the bill perfectly. It's sony quality at a reasonable price. I love how it is fully automatic so I don't scratch the old records.

This is a great record player!!!!!!!!!the sound quality is superb, and the ease of its usability. You have a play, stop or lift the swing arm. Or you can manually place your needle where you want. If you are looking for that all in wonder record player look no further. Sound output of an expensive record player with the simple features of a cheep one. New to the Vynil or an old pro. This is the one you are looking for . Now sit back and relax.

Excellent turntable for the money. Fully automatic operation with built in Bluetooth. Super easy to set up. Sound quality is great. I’m just starting a record collection and this is a great entry to mid level turntable.

Upgraded to a Bluetooth enabled turntable. Set up was easy snd my vinyl sounds good. Just what I was looking for.

Good turntable for the price. Easy to set up. Mostly easy to link by Bluetooth to speakers and sound bar (sometimes have to try a few times).

So far very good. The auto start and reset feature is extremely nice. The audio quality has different setting based on your speakers. High Mid Low. Very light and simple design. Easy to set up and sounds great.

Loaded Hadestown on it and it sounds amazing. I have listened to it on Spotify for so long and finally understand how good Vinyl is. The sound is amazing on this player. It is easy to set up. It is almost ready out of the box with a few assembling to make sure nothing gets damaged when it is shipped to you. Highly recommend, I mainly use it in Bluetooth and no audio complaint from me.

I'm loving this turntable! I had some old vinyl records that belonged to my dad. So this was nice to be able to easily setup and start listening. Very sleek and modern design that should fit right into most homes no matter where it is placed. The quality of everything and the features presented are well worth the $200.00 price tag. Bluetooth was the number one feature for me. I also own a pair of Sony bluetooth headphones and this will connect directly to them with ease. Same goes for any other bluetooth speaker or device. You can also set this up using wired speakers and an amplifier if you're more of an audiophile than me.

Great turntable. Love the blue tooth feature. Easy set up. Nice sound. The start stop functions are incredibly smooth. I already recommended this product to friends. Great to dust off those classic vinyls.

I didn't know you need like a seperate amp for record players and honestly did catch me off guard vut the added bluetooth in this really set me up for greatness as I just have this setup with my bluetooth surround setup now. Also its really easy to setup

I bought based on review I saw by a audio critic a few min before I made the purchase. All the features were reviewed in detail on a You Tube channel. I was sold. The quality was great and it had the features I wanted.
