While we are pleased you are satisfied with the lightweight & comfortable design of our SRS-NB10 Wireless Neckband Speaker, we are so sorry if its sound quality did not live up to your expectations and that the unit had to be returned. The loudness as well as the sound quality of our SRS-NB10 will depends on the source that are playing and audio device that are using. You can easily control volume to a level that’s comfortable for you by touching the volume button on the side of this Sony neckband speaker. However, depending on the BLUETOOTH device, it may be necessary to adjust as well the volume or set the audio output setting on the connected device.
We appreciate you and we are hoping you will consider Sony again in your future purchase.
