Screen broke three weeks after we bought it. Best Buy wouldn't work with us because it was a damaged screen and told us we had to deal with Sony. We were informed by Sony the screen was discontinued. We now officially have a month old $800 TV we have to pay off and it doesn't even work. The warranty does nothing! Extremely disappointed and think Best Buy could have worked with us.

You get for what you payed. Great tv for streaming

Sleek and beautiful. Excellent image quality and the fact that it is gaming tuned makes it a perfect gaming TV. Can't comment on the sound because it has been connected to a soundbar since day 1. Con: Your WiFi needs to be excellent or you will find yourself getting very frustrated with the smart TV functions.

I have problems with internet connection It has many options that I don't need

This was my first 'Smart' TV. Two weeks after purchase there was an update error that rendered the television useless for four days. The factory reset time proposed did not work. You have to completely shut off the power source for at least three hours for the TV to reset. Geek squad sent a guy over and he was surprised about the issues. Other than that, its been a good TV with Apps integration being a plus.

the only complaints i have are the speakers are not that great and the tv has about a 4 second delay when you use the special feature buttons on the remote such as netflix.

Picture quality is excellent however sound quality is it fair, had I not been able to use my home theater the sound quality I would have probably return the TV. A lot of apps on here overall a good TV and I would recommend it for the price

Works well. First smart Television purchased. Some pictures are blurry.

We figured we couldn't go wrong with a SONY product, and we learned that there is a major price jump from 48" to 50%. We cannot tell the difference in size and we have 7 large screen TV s in the house. I would buy the product again!

Like nearly everything Sony makes, these TVs are exceptional, including the built-in Internet access to NetFlix, Hulu. Wall mounted both, and very pleased with how they integrate with DirectTV i.e. use but a single remote for most things.

the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars was the web browser. it's good but not great. all brands of smart tv have okay web browsers but not good ones. i have a samsung too and the web browser is okay not great but still worth using.

Great product. Very low glare on screen, which I like. My previous TV had a lot of glare on the screen, which irritated me. I had to close my drapes in order to see the picture.

I have been nothing but happy with this tv. It works well for the next gen gaming I do and for streaming services like netflix and the like. Good sound and display and not as expensive as some other brands.

as always, the Sony brand is a guarantee of an excellent product for our entertainment needs. Besides that it's a product that I use with all due his life could exceed expectations given the advancement of technology.

Complicated to hook up to my dish network and DVR/VCR Player.

Sony is a good brand.. Even when I was still in the Philippines and when I was growing up I already know the brand name "SONY" it is the good and best brand of electronic.

I love the tv. I needed a little help working all the great features on this tv. The sales person was great and the store was cleaned.
