The service received at the store was very good. Paul knows his stuff. He was very professional, cordial and efficient. I would recommend anyone who shop at Best Buy to him. I am very pleased with this Bose system.

Sure you could have a professional system professionally installed and pay the professional prices or if you are a normal person in today’s world this system Will do just fine. The sound is deep and clear. The controls are easy (when using the app). The remote is a little elementary especially when paired with the LED indicators. Set up is as easy as they come. It’s a quality reputable brand that knows what it’s doing.

Bravia Theater System 5.1ch Dolby Atmos

I got a new Sony Tv that did not have an optical port. I am happy with this system for its dialogue enhancement. The surround sound is very good.

A ton of bass!

With the rear speakers mounted in the optimal spot, the surround effect is pretty accurate and sometimes I forget it's just a soundbar and not a full A/V receiver system. The rear speakers are wired to a receiver box. Then that box is wireless from the subwoofer. So no running cables across room, but there are still those wires to hide! The remote is on the simple side and the unit has no display. So you have to use the app. I wish there was a bit more control over the parameters. If you want a simple system that sounds really good then this will do it!

Great system for the price

Sounds amazing in my small living room especially for the price. Only negative I have is it doesn't automatically switch between Dolby and what Sony calls "vertical surround engine". So watching things without Dolby like Netflix previews in the menu and others you have to manually switch it in the app.
