CD player doesn't work

Brought the car and had it installed. Was told 1 hour and it took 2 which wasn't a huge deal as I'm sure they were busy after Christmas. Got home and went to play a cd and it doesn't pull the cd in and just makes a loud noise.Now we have to wait for emails and run around to get it fixed.

It was on sale and had Best Buy install - the technician did a great job. The radio did have a firmware update needed when I purchased it so be sure to examine the manufacturer site and determine if firmware updates are needed once installed.
