    I bought this unit because Best Buy said it has built-in HD radio. After installing the unit in my car I found there was no way to access the different HD streams from my favorite station. After wasting a half hour or more of my time with Sony's online chat support it was determined this unit DOES NOT HAVE HD RADIO. If this is important to you then look to JVC or Kenwood. It is truly unfortunate as this unit looks great and has a lot of features that I like but NO HD. The menus are not intuitive like they were on my JVC in my last car.

    The Sony it’s self is very nice and works well; what I didn’t like was that they placed it where my navigation screen was at and they left the old radio on the car. And the buttons on the steering wheel for the radio or to control the radio don’t work because they didn’t place it where it need to be.

    Great stereo. Had to pay an additional $130 to hook up to my steering wheel but besides that unexpected cost the stereo is exactly what I was looking for.

    Purchased the stereo back in June and I haven't had it installed yet due to the pandemic. Made an appointment for July 7 and they couldn't install it because they didn't have the parts for my vehicle. When the appointment was made, I entered the make and model so knew the type of vehicle. I would think they would have ordered the parts needed in advance. Parts have been ordered so the next available appointment is August 8th! I will update this review once it is installed.
