The daytime display is very dim and cannot be made brighter. It is difficult to see. Also, the interface is complicated and confusing. It cannot be adjusted while driving. The radio does a lot but it's very hard to access these features easily. Sound is good though.

I put my complete trust in any product that I purchase from Best Buy because they have a perfect track record for quality. Bought speakers too I installed myself. They were missing screws, install guys were happy to send several screws home without question, and were apologetic without need! Great experience!

Poor communication between sales and installation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't fault the item but the person I ordered from didn't consult the installers, so I accidentally got the wrong kit for installation. They managed to make it work, but unfortunately the right speaker has occasional choppy sounds.

Power issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I liked the radio itself but it had to be wired with both the yellow and red wire to constant power. It would have to be manually turned off, instead of shutting off when the truck was turned off. The power issues were a no-go for me. Best buy accepted the return with no problem though so no complaint there.

Poor Audio Quality

It didn't happen all the time but very often it would happen. I messed around with every preset and everything and it still did it and just didn't sound very good.
