That’s one of the worst things that you can do to your costumers

I followed the instructions, and still no connection. Took the camera on a trip and wasn't even able to use the grip and film videos. Just got back from trip, and will be returning. Make sure you test out the connection before going anywhere with camera because return period is short so you don't want to be stuck with defective item. Will be returning and ordering another one. If connection problem occurs again then will return camera as well, but if it works then will update this review.

It covers the battery and memory card slot on the zv1. The stand is one height you can’t adjust it to make it taller so you’re definitely holding it when you want to get a face level view. I feel like I will eventually have to purchase something else in the future and I don’t feel like I got my monies worth.

The tripod was packed in onto box and then that whole box was put into another box, so i have no idea which company it came from. The tripod doesnt even connect to my camera via Bluetooth, i just use it to hold my camera , the other features are pointless. Waste of money.

It doesn’t really help with the stabilization or reaches far. I would have returned it but I missed the return window. Don’t be like me.
