Bought this camera for my teenage daughter as per her request so she can start video blogging. It is a small compact point and shoot camera with video recording capability. The video/audio as well as the quality of the still pic images are very good. Its a good starter camera for her. Overall a good buy for its price.

My one complaint is that the only way to recharge the battery is while it is in the camera. Thus it's not possible to charge one battery while using another. The camera works great. I previously had a Sony DSC-H2O. It lasted 5 years even though it was dropped twice and got wet several times. It took over 16,000 pictures. Hope the new one is just as good.

Love the fact that a camera this small has a viewfinder easy to use pictures are great and the zoom works well and pictures are still quite good. Overall fits my needs perfectly. Have an A600 but never use it because I hate carrying it. Thus the decision to get a pocket camera...

Photos look great and it has a good steady zoom. Theoretically there are manual controls but I'm not sure how effective they really are but the program shots are good. All dials are very small. The instruction booklet is fairly useless. I sure would like to be able to read about this camera's features so I could actually use them.

Good quality camera for the price. Great pics and easy to use

This camera really packs a punch! The viewfinder lets me use it in bright situations. I really like how it also turns the camera on or off when you pop it up. The articulating screen also lets you get the right frame. Zoom is incredible, even the digital zoom.

After I accidently broke my older, cheaper camera I looked for another pocket size camera with a good zoom and other features which this Sony camera offered for the price, compared to other similar features and priced cameras. Still need to work on learning some of the features but so far I'm pleased with it.

Purchased this camera 1 day before a 21 vacation in Europe and it did not disappoint. It's easy to use, has a selfiie mode, and downloads through Bluetooth. It was worth every penny. I totally recommend this camera!

I guess I am in the minority but I like taking pictures still with a camera. I have enjoyed this camera and love its features. I especially like the pop up eye. It lets you take your pictures when the sun is out and you cannot see the digital display.

This is arguably one of the best point and shoot cameras on the marketplace today. Not to mention its Sony so the name and quality speak for itself. The picture quality is comparable to some DSLR's on the market now.
