Use the camera for work. It takes a lot of abuse and I mean a lot. 400 to 700 pics per day with 45 second videos. I wear them out in about 1.5 years. I usually buy the accidental warranties to cover drops.

I tried this SONY camera expecting to get good pictures in an easy to use package. The pictures were inconsistent - some great but some blurry. The camera has many good settings to try, but I found navigating the menus difficult. The settings were small and I could not read most without reading glasses. The buttons were also too small to reliably hit the right button without looking carefully.

I was looking for a camera better than my cell phone camera, but I did not want the bulkiness of a DSLR. This camera is great. Small and compact enough to fit in my pocket. Yet it has a little zoom lens that can focus hundreds of feet beyond the cell phone camera.

I needed a camera for my upcoming travel, and ended up buying this one. It’s amazing! The shots are of great quality! I love how you can flip up the screen and take selfies. This camera is worth it. The battery lasts! No cons about this camera, AT ALL!

I like the wide angle, but also that you can turn the display for selfies. This is very great and I use it a lot. It also has a finder function, which is very helpful when it's very bright outside, that you can actually see what/where you're focusing your picture.

This was the fourth Sony camera I have bought & used. I found that this particular model was harder to use. the placement of the flash button was not easily accessible and not intuitive. The pictures taken outside were good-the ones inside, some better than others. Though I have to say yes or no for recommending it to a friend, there should be a 'not sure' box because I am not sure-it has a number of good feature & a number of not so good features.

The camera has features that I'll never use....the most disappointing items on the camera is the popup flash....why would the manufacturer think that something that is popping up then depressed constantly would be a good idea?

I love this camera because you can do some creative shots with it. You can isolate red, green or blue and the rest of the shot will be in black/white with whatever color you isolated showing. It also has panorama shots.

Best Buy salesperson took the time to explain the camera thoroughly before i purchased it, i was upgrading from a previous Sony with less features...happy with my purchase, except for having to remember to "pull up" the flash before use

The first camera I owned was a Sony brand, and I love it. I use it every time I go travel and it shot good quality pictures. Now it is time for a new camera, and I decided to get Sony again. I believe I had made the right choice.

This is a good example of a compact digital camera. The zoom range is very very wide. The "pop-up" electronic viewfinder is vary small and somewhat hard to view with my glasses on. Picture quality is much better that a phone.

Purchased for my wife and she absolutely loves it.The sales person gave us a demonstration of the product and along with Sony's reputation for great products, it didn't take us long to say, okay, we like it, let us have it.

I love the camera. It has multiple functions and easy to use. My favorite thing about this camera is the selfie take mode. It gives you a five second count down. Also, if I press the wrong button there is a reset.

There are three features that I really liked: 1. The Preview LCD folds allowing you to take selfies. 2. The flash is on demand, you pull it out explicitly. On the scene setting there are some new ones e.g. food photography

I purchased this item on 9/27/2017 and it is now 11/11/2017 and it has an internal crack. When i purchased this item, I read reviews and was excited to purchase my first camera ...so that i could vlog. Everything seemed to be fine. Whenever i used it. I put it inside of a bag. I never dropped it or did anything to damage it...& now i have to fix it. The rep that sold me the camera did not offer any insurance and barely went over any details with me. Because i was not interested in purchasing a canon g7x. So now it’s either i fix it or start from scratch. I am very disaapointed and wouldn’t recommend this item to any one.

Takes good photos. Heavier than previous credit card cammera. Difficult to set up for wirless transfer of photos to computer.

Good quality camera as long as proper lighting is present. A little difficult to use as a webcam. still working in setting up. If it is possible it is not easy.

I got pic pocketed in Chicago and lost my camera. I just bought the very same camera at Best Buy yesterday. It was that good. And my sales lady was amazing. She agreed it was a great camera.
