I needed a point-and-shoot that was good in low-light conditions and had good stabilization. I'm quite happy with this purchase.

still trying to get used to camera, has a lot of bells and whistle I am not use to. I do love the revers screen for selfies and the pop up eye viewer is worth the price alone!

This is the fourth or fifth camera of this series we have used and have always been pleased. They do not respond well to being dropped however, lol.

This is a great compact SONY camera with a 30X Zeiss lens. It has been excellent for my birding and is also a convenient high-quality camera for everyday use and travel.

I purchased this camera for my daughters trip to Europe. It's compact yet powerful. It has a great zoom lens and the wifi capability allows her to share pictures easily.

Bought it for the reversible viewer capability. I loved my old Sony and the icons were basically the same. There were some new features like the auto shoot (daylight/night)

Why does everything new have to be much more complex than the old one? I just want to take pictures, and don't need (and don't understand) many new aspects of the camera.

I use for a portable good camera - Looked at sony A7/A6 really a lot to travel with (size wise ) This camera has a tilt screen and the clarity works perfectly

I had an older model Sony, very similar to this and needed an upgrade. So far I’ve enjoyed having it to travel with instead of lugging a DSLR around.

Wanted to replace hx 20. This one has 30x versus 20x zoom. But it can't shoot stills while recording video.

This is a wonderful camera that can easily be carried in your [pocket. Has many functions for a small camera. I would gave it a five if not for the small control buttons.

In my opinion this camera is one of the best you can purchase for the for that price range.

Well it's good when you have enough light. But not good in low light.

Bought this camera because of my requirement for a viewfinder in addition to the often-hard-to-see digital screen on the rear of the camera, because most of my camera usage is in bright sunlight. The viewfinder is not an optical lens looking forward, it functions only as a digital representation of what appears on the digital screen, It's impossible to use while wearing glasses.

I can't wait to start using my new camera at the zoo. I enjoy taking pictures of family and friends too. The camera will be perfect for upcoming graduations.

After looking at many reviews I decided to purchase this camera and boy was it worth it. I took it to Japan and it satisfied me very well.

I bought this camera for a backup camera, and on occasion I use it to do photo jobs. The 30X or 720mm zoom lens is very sharp.

So far I really like this camera. It is very easy to use and takes good pictures. This is actually my 4th Sony and I always go back. It is a great product

This is a great camera to throw in the truck or side by side and takes great pictures. Even has tons of features that allow for those "great" shots.
