    This camera was bought to replace our 4 year old Cyber Shot that just stopped working all of a sudden. Although it's a little different, many of the features are the same and easy to work. Pictures still come out blurry at times and I'm trying to figure that out

    bought camera just before covid 19 lockdown in feb 2020 . within 1 month had problems with the camera , spots in pictures. when best buy stores reopened , unfortunately for me , after store warranty time , i was refused a new camera or any assistance with product by the management. This was extremely disappointing , as in the past , best buy personelle were understanding & worked well with costumers. , I had brought nearly every camera , i have owned at best buy since post katrina , and always with good service . this was my first & will be last sony camera purchase & possibly last camera purchase from best buy . was disappointed
