I own the previous model RX100 Mark V, so compared to that it wasn't quite worth the upgrade. The optics are a little less sharp at certain focal lengths, but it still takes amazing photos with a lot of detail. I ending up sticking with the Mark V since I typically shoot at the shorter focal lengths, but if you are new to the camera or have one of the older ones it a worthy upgrade and an excellent camera.

This camera is very easy to use and compact, I suggest getting a case for it as it's hard to hold without one.

Good zoom range and excellent image quality for a pocketable camera

This camera has been reviewed by several pros on line with overwhelming positive comments. Now that I have used it for a few weeks I concur. Great pocket camera with all the features of the A7 series. The menu the A7 and makes it easy to use. Expensive camera, but money well spend.

Has to be one of the most expensive vlogging/point and shoots but it works great, fits in a pocket and is flexible for travel. You can keep it on your all the time without noticing it and when you take pictures, people aren't intimidated like they might be with a large DSLR.

So light and easy to carry around. Photos came out great.

This is the best pocket camera available by any manufacturer. Very high quality photos. Equal to high end DSLR camera without the size and weight. This is now my go to camera in almost all situations. The only draw back is the price but, to me, worth every penny.

I can do many DSLR functions with this handheld point and shoot! range is great for the size! many places wouldnt let me bring in my dslr to take photo's but i can take this camera anywhere! Great quality and 4k video. If you have the money to spend, go for it!

Great camera. Especially for travel. Small, light.

I have an earlier version of this camera and was satisfied with it, but this version 6 is much improved. I bought it just for travel. It's light, compact, and the zoom lens is a real plus. Photos are crisp and colors are true. I also carry a MeFoto travel tripod, and recommend that pairing.

There is no doubt in my mind that sony cameras was the best choice for the field, I've got this baby finally Its graphics and speed are so perfect that makes me feel that I always have best pictures all the time

Video and pictures are great! I used this when I traveled to Europe and absolutely love it. It fit in my purse perfectly. I was never afraid of it being potentially stolen, the video and picture quality are great.

I especially like the option of using the pop-up view finder for outside shots. Many features in a small package. Great, clear shots. It did involve a bit of investigation to figure out how to download the pictures on to my Apple products.
