Excellent camera for people who don't want to bring bulky DLSR cameras in their trip but would still like to shoot in RAW. With the f1.8 lens, this camera is a steal for the price.

Bought this camera for my trip to grand canyon. This is a serious upgrade over that camera phone in your pocket, but the same time it's not bulky and heavy. This can easily fit in a regular sized pocket. In addition, lots of great features and the viewfinder is perfect for a sunny day out. If you're not looking to shell out tons of money for the newest version, this is very good alternative.

I wanted a camera with better pixels than my old Casio camera (Which I still have and like) and video capability (which my old Casio does not have). I also wanted a sweep panorama capability. I wanted it as compact as possible and easy to use (I am not an aficionado of pictures taking). So far, the Sony RX100M III fits very well my expectations.

Great full featured camera in travel size. Wi-Fi, tilt screen, view finder, zoom lens, automatic and manual controls, smart phone capabilities including remote. Perfect for travel and shoots amazing pictures. Easy enough for a beginner but good for a more advanced photographer.

This camera is small and light. Great for travel. The camera has a short zoom but the optic quality of the lens is great. Nice rapid focus.

This is my first real camera, so I’m happy that it is easy to navigate, has explanations in the settings, and has a lot of different features, There’s a ton to play around with. Videos are great and photos come out amazing. Close up shots are fantastic. Overall no complaints, I love the camera and so far so good

I had no idea that this camera would change the way I take pictures. This camera takes the best pictures out of all my cameras. Sadly, it's better than my DSLR. I haven't missed one good shot opportunity with this camera, even in low light.

I actually purchased this camera for use in a drone. However, it has become the GOTO camera for my wife during travel, etc. Image quality terrific for its class, versatile, tough and handy. Why four stars? The Sony menu system sucks and is hard to use. The buttons are tiny, and almost impossible for a normal human to use. Try finding one in the dark!
