    Fanttastic OTC hearing aids. Have moderate hearing loss and was finding it difficult to understand voices during business meetings. These did the trick - have not asked anyone to repeat themselves since getting these. I found setup simple but, it can be a bit tricky the first time you change the waxguards (uses Signia Silk - easy to get). Overall very satisfied.

    Got these for my mother who has mild hearing loss. The app is easy to use with assistance, and the hearing aids charged up and synced with the phone quickly. In practice, they work very well. Significant reduction in "huh" or " I can't hear you" responses. The batteries are hard to put in, primarily as they are so tiny. I will be returning these as they hurt my moms very small ear canals, but I imagine most people wouldn't have this issue. Overall, function was outstanding.

    I love them!! My main concern trying them was if they would comfortably fit in my tiny ear canals…and they did! A little fine tuning and they are just as good as my Phonak $6k pair. Thank you!!

    Best ones I’ve ever bought. Great hearing sounds normal again. Batteries last 4-5 days. Gone to bed and forgot I have them in, have to get up and store them until using them the next day. Worth the price, BEST BUY finances 12 months no interest with their credit card.

    Got these in July of 2023, right after OTC Hearing Aides came out. Complete blessing, I didn't realize how much I couldn't hear. (Did ya'll know ceiling fans made noise!?). Set up was super easy with the app, and no one other than my husband could tell they were in. I did have to order a different size sleeve because I needed XS, and the box came with the usual S, M, L tips. I am thankful these exist.

  • Helped my tinnitus some

    I have minor hearing loss but bad bad tinnitus in my left ear. After a little trial and error fine tuning and setting the volume higher on my left ear, these actually help reduce the tinnitus. Not a cure but for those of us that have tinnitus any relief is good relief. They’re comfortable. Small. Wish the little pull tab was a few mm’s shorter. Worth $1k.

    I bought these as replacement for my mom’s broken hearing aids. She says it's as loud as her previous prescription heading aids but the fitting is not snuggly fit in her ears.

    These are similar to level 1 prescription Signia Silk, which is a very good thing. They only have a universal setting. V2 needs a music mode. If they dont seem right, retake the hearing test in a quiet setting.

    I love these hearing aids and believe there's no better value currently on the market. The reason I give a 1 star review is because when asked where to purchase wax guards and windscreens/mic screens, I'm told by Sony to contact 3rd party distributers. They're not dealing with those parts, so best of luck to those who need them I guess! Just know wax guards should be replaced every 2-3 months and when the windscreens fall off (which they will after a year or so if they're anything like my old Signia Silk NX aids!) they need replaced immediately or you risk damaging them. Tell me where to buy wax guards and windscreens Sony and I'll happily switch my rating to 5 stars. Until then, not happy with Sony's handling of these small yet very important details!!!!

    Had trouble setting up. The main issue is the app. If you need to reset, anything, you need to start from the very beginning. That can be very time-consuming. Sony is a huge company, and they could easily update their app. As for now, the app kills the hearing aid for me.
