It's a great camera for traveling since it's not heavy and the quality of the pictures are pretty good!

Features are simple and quality of pictures/ videos are great. Camera is very compact and handy for travel. Good gift for not-so tech savvy parents.

Great camera! Like it more that the bulky ones. I love to bring it everyday. The said camera is very slim, occupy small space in my purse. It is so light that I mistaken it sometimes as my cellphone.

This camera is quite small, truly a pocket camera. It takes good quality pictures, but the menu system is a bit cumbersome not intuitive.

I was headed out to Colorado for a college buddies reunion and wanted to upgrade my 15 yr old pocket camera. So I went to my local Best Buy and looked over the small cameras. I found this Sony with 18.2 megapixels that took a SD card. Great improvement over Sony's pro-duo cards that didn't fit into my laptop without an adapter. It takes excellent pictures for a small camera that literally fits in your pocket. It has decent telephoto capabilities and low light photography. I took several videos of my kids water skiing and they turned out great.

It's a very good compact camera. Even though light and small, it has a long sharp lens with a quick reaction time. Good to catch fast shots. Just hope the battery could last a bit longer.

I got this lil' guy on Open Box for 83$. Not a bad price for how nice of pictures it takes. I actually work at Best Buy; personally I am saving up for one of the higher-end Sony alphas - but I needed something small, that could fit in my pocket (and that wasn't my phone). So for parties and on-the-go or spontaneous excursions - this is my go-to. And it's really nice for the price and the purpose. :] I would recommend this for anyone who just wants a nice little camera for occasional or casual photos with friends and family.

... and I mean little! It's almost too small, but if that's what you need - then this little gem is just what you want. Packed with features and intuitively easy to use.

Bought this camera for my parents! Pictures are so clear!!! Even if your hand is shaking, picture does not come out blurry, the focus on it is amazing!!! Highly recommend it, I have a 1,000 big camera and I'm thinking about buying this nice compact one that takes amazing pictures!!!

This camera is great. It's easy to use and instructions also easy to read. Small enough to carry and not all bulky. Takes awesome pictures and would recommend this as your first camera.

Not a bad camera. I use this for work daily. Battery life isn't the best but at least it takes a micro usb!

Camera works great and I like the macro for close shots. I wish it would be made for regular alkaline batteries.

I was looking for a small point and shoot camera. After a lot of research, I came across this Sony. It's easy to carry and easy to set for the perfect picture.

At times when smartphones are taking better pictures i opted for a digitial camera for its zooming abilities and its compact nature. Pros Compact wifi,nfc good battery duration Fast Cons Not satisfied with the quality of pictures. My older Sony DSC h100 with 10x zoom takes better quality pictures at 8MP than this taking at max of 18MP. Zoom control is very coarse and becomes difficult to set to the right level of zoom. Seems to work in steps of zoom than gradual

Love this camera so much. My parents just came for a visit from Vermont. They loved the pictures this camera takes so much they purchased one. True homerun.

Takes great pictures but you need to read instructions, as it's a very technical camera. Easy to use once you learn the basics.
