Since I am using this camera to shoot film it would be better to have an FE mount so that the noise from the autofocus would not affect my work.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this with the Sony-Alpha SLTA57K 16.1-Megapixel DSLR. The camera came with a 18-55mm lens, but this lens is an absolute must if you are taking any pictures other than close up. My children play soccer and basketball and I am able to get great pictures of them without blurring (which is why we went with a DSLR camera). I have even taken it to Columbus Crew Stadium with excellent results. You almost don't need your 18-55mm lens with this one, it covers that wide of a range.
