This is the second dvd player of this model I have purchased, quality is good and easy to operate.

Player was perfect. Small, compact, and easy to install. Bought it for our cabin that has no T.V. After a 3 min set up, we were watching shows again. The price was also great. Thank you Best Buy, and Sony.

My dvd player stopped functioning. I went to the BB website and found the same player for the same price as the one I purchased 12 years ago. After seeing I could by a open boxed model it actually was cheaper. Ordered it on line picked it up lil over a hour. Very short wait in line. Everything and everyone was COVID safe.

This sleek and slim all black player looks great on a smoked glass shelf. Picture quality is outstanding. Set up and ease of use was too easy.

Poor quality. No sound. Picture quality terrible. Directions don't match parts enclosed. I regret I didn't open within the return window, cause no I can't return. This model is so cheap, the picture quality so poor that I am shocked Best Buy even sells it. Also, it doesn't have an HDMI input, so if you thought you were going to pull your old DVR out and hook this one up, you aren't. You will have a cord and jacks that don't match the picture in the instructions and ZERO information on what to hook up where. I finally found a combination and I've got video, but no sound. Just e-waste at this point.

I am glad I purchased the DVD player. It is simple to use for all in our family. We like that it is not bulky and doesn't take us much space.

Got it in a pinch when my child's DVD player broke .It's was inexpensive and works great

Overall it is a serviceable and good dvd player. A couple of things I do not like is that it slow reaction to commands and loading process. I like Sony products because of the quality and durability. I would recommend this for the price for a kids room.

Sony always produces great products and this DVD player lives up to their reputation. Clear picture, easy plug and play operation.

Bought to replace an older Sony dvd player that works off and on. I did like the one I was replacing, it's just gotten old and acts like it lol. I still like the ease of set up and the basic neat look. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't have the digital timing displayed on the player to show the length of the movie or the chapters, etc.

Got this DVD as a gift and heard it was very useful, the picture was great and it was pretty easy to use.

I needed a DVD player that wouldn't take up much space. This one is very compact and light. Plays great and remote easy to navigate.
