I purchased this DVD player for an elderly family member who needed a replacement basic DVD player and was not interested in the newer Blu Ray discs. It is easy to connect and use and provides a good picture.

I just wanted a simple DVD player that would not be challenging to operate. Written instructions were clear and I had no trouble. It is very intuitive so that I am not having to consult directions. It is also very compact.

It was so easy to hook up and operating it is a breeze. And the price couldn’t be beat!

I bought this to use in bedroom and it has works amazingly. Clear picture and easy to use. Even better was how fast and easy it was to set up

Not an expensive DVD player, but good quality from Sony. Very easy to hook up and install. Great picture quality and sound. Would buy again and recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive player.

DVDs and CDs are on their way back. I went for the cheap option, but has a pretty big footprint for something that I move from TV to TV.

Great for the kids room!! If they break it, it won't break my wallet! Simple to use and loads the movies pretty quick as well. 3 buttons on the player makes it easy for the little ones.

This Sony dvd player works flawlessly. I bought it at an excellent price. It was actually an open box so it was even cheaper. Zero problems with it. Sony is a brand I have trusted for years. It's a nice small size too.

This was an extremely economical purchase to use with our new TV. It was super easy to set up and it works great. Functions well and provides great visibility. Excellent choice suggested by the sales associate.

OK Remote controls need to be pressed and held down to activate the desired action. Very aggravating. Does not fill a screen larger than 32" diagonal.

This Sony DVD player is modestly priced and past experience is that I have to use Sony products with my old analogue Sony TV due to compatibility issues. One problem I have noted about the actual remote is that the battery cover doesn't stay on if you drop it. Also, I experienced a lot of trouble plugging it in as the plug itself does not have the usual size differentiation so its hard to find an outlet that will accept it. If Sony continues to produce this type of DVD player they should change the plug so that it conforms more easily with standard outlets.

Good product, easy to use, can play DVDR, DVDRW, VCD, and CD.

I wanted a replacement for an old DVD player that quit on me. This one does the job well. No frills, nothing fancy, but the price was right, and it's working well (I've only had it a month).

This Sony DVD player is just what the doctor ordered. It was easy to hook up, simple to use, great features, good sound and picture. I would recommend it to anyone.

This DVD player is easy to setup and easy to use. Plays all of my dvds. I already have one of these and I liked it so much I bought a 2nd player for another room in my house

Haven’t had it long enough but so far I like it. Haven’t had any problems. I didn’t think it was cheap compared to other brands but I had coupons and I bought it
