Are you parents or grandparents afraid of technology yet they like watching DVD's? Then buy them this no frills, user friendly DVD player. You plug it in, connect two cables (included) and use the remote to turn it on. That's it. The DVD player is reliable yet it does take a while to play the DVD and eject it. It runs slow yet reliably, just like parents and grandparents. Recommended!

I purchased one about 6 months ago as well for in the bedroom. This was was put into the living room.

Not many CD players available now and they are surprisingly expensive. Plays my old music CDs and sounds great.
