The Sony DVD player is great. My husband hooked the player up easily. I have been using it ever since.

It was recommended by the sales person and he was spot on easy to operate, not fancy , but works great. And the price was very reasoable.

Would have given it five stars, but the lack of an HDMI port and inability to upscale diminishes my rating of it. Overall it’s a very decent DVD player. Compact size decreases the number of inputs I suppose. This model has component inputs but no HDMI. The next model up has HDMI but no component inputs. Around ten years ago I bought a Sony DVD player with both that was around two inches wider.

With all of the quality that you have come to expect from Sony, this DVD player gets the job done at a great price point.

I needed a dvd with component where my Blu-rays are HDMI only. Inexpensive and works for it's intended purpose.

I bought one of these before but my son took it. I needed anotherone and of course I selected the same because it's proven to work.

This is a nice unobtrusive little player. Easy to set up and play.

Nice if you're looking for a compact, basic DVD player. If you want more, get something else.

You really can't go wrong with a Sony product. I love the ease of use, and because I had no more HDMI ports available this was the one for me.
