Unfortunately, I had to return this model and exchange it for the next model up in order to get the HDMI connection.

OK for a Low end DVD Player

Didn’t work out of box No HDMI connection

It just won’t play. So figured I would try and hook it up with HDMI cable instead but there is no HDMI on this machine. I thought I had hooked it up incorrectly so had my techie son check it out. He said everything was correct it just wasn’t playing. Sucks that I waited so long to plug it in, it’s too late to return it

DVD functions well but it is larger than many

It had many more features than any other DVD player for sale, thus the size of unit is larger than any other type of DVD Player

It makes a loud humming noise in between scenes.

Now it is starting to make the same sound during the actual show and is quite disruptive. When I have the extra money I will be buying a replacement but it won't be a Sony!.

Not in love with the menu on the remote either.
