The manager gave me no relief and only directed me to contact Sony to have it fixed. I am a Elite Best Buy member and made the purchase with my Best Buy Platinum card, but I still was not allowed to exchange the product. I have purchased many, many items from Best Buy over the years and have spent thousands with my credit card, so I was shocked that I could not exchange the player.

A Best Buy associate actually recommended to make the switch and he was right. But, if youre looking for a basic DVD player then this is just fine. I wanted a player that had more features to it.
