Kindly advice you to make sure: The DVD dics is inserted properly, make sure the TV is set to the right input, clean the disc and try again, you can even try to disconnect the dvd player for one min and plug it back in. DVD let down

However the buttons are very hard to push when working it manually . Surprised for Sony brand. It works great . It’s the buttons we don’t like . They are also hard to see .

It was in poor condition and I had to go in person to return it and I just wasted my gas driving to a local store for a refund. Don't believe anything when it comes to used items from here.

It did not work correctly when attached to a Comcast set top box. If all you need is something to play DVDs not bad if you are expecting this to work / play well with other components spend more money

Options are limited and hard to maneuver. Also it is not a full screen view for my TV.

AV hook ups...thank technology for HDMI because the old method stinks...only purchase if your are desperate....I was desperate!!!!!
