I'm no tech genius, so it was a big relief to find that setting it up was very easy. It plays my DVDs perfectly, and now i realize what a crappy player i had before. The skipping, seizing up, blurry picture-all GONE. What a pleasure, to be able to watch my shows again! Highly recommend.

Have had another Sony DVD player for almost 10 years and is still working. It was easy to setup and operate. I expect good service from this Sony DVD player also.

The pause button doesn't work at all, & numerous other buttons you have to press really hard to get them to function. I would only recommend if the remote control were made better.
