||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a VERY NICE DVD player however I thought I was purchasing a new one to replace my old one?So I dont have to keep hitting it just for it to open?And come to find out this had no HDMI inserts...I mean why ask?If wanted to buy the HDMI cord?You know that is not included on the product!I found myself buying picking it up?,Returning it in FOUR DAYS!Iwas asked if I had a receipt I saw about needing my state I.D!The credit card I used to purchase it.I didn't have that and the woman who did it was frustrating me!About the receipt for returns.State I'd for pick up and credit card .I don't need that

It seems less cumbersome to operate and is more reliable than the unit it is replacing which was not old but seemed to malfunction more than it performed.

Not all the bells and whistles, and not tons of options, but it’s just what I needed for occasional use.

Hopefully I will not need to purchase a third time :)
