This is an excellent blu-ray player
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this after my X-box One started having issues with Blu-ray disks and was heartily glad I did. I already had a Sony TV set and the two items paired almost instantly. Hooking it up to Wi-Fi was a breeze too. (Note to Sony, having a webpage to be able to do the password input would be great cause using the remote to click through a secure password was slightly annoying) It was annoying but not enough to lower the score on the device. It has a small foot print and it does have apps for Netflix and the like but nothing that I use already having it all set up on the X-box One.

a good DVD player for older type connections

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as a gift for my mom so she could play all her old DVD's, she's happy with it and it hooked up to her older TV but be aware it does NOT have an HDMI port, only RCA so it won't connect to a new TV unless that TV has RCA type video and audio jacks
