    The actual product is great but the hassle I had to go through to get it was a huge inconvenience. I’ve tried to get Best Buy to ship via UPS I have trouble with FedEx in my area. First package goes “lost”; they promise me one a location had it in stock and that I could go get it. 1 hour commute one way, just for them to tell me I couldn’t get it becuase they’re system hasn’t cleared it and it was a huge ordeal had them ship it again a week later. Customer service hung up on me twice out of 6 different calls as well unprofessional and very disappointed. Will be buying elsewhere from now on. Poor packaging as well for a very expensive lens.

    Best money I've ever spent on a lens. Item was as described and at lowest price I've ever come across. It was labeled "open box" so the packaging wasn't original. But they packaged it better than sony. I am beyond impressed. 10/10 Experience.

    This is a great lens for the price. I didn’t realize that it is only for cropped sensor cameras and I’m using full frame. But the value is still there.
