A good walk around lens. Small so it should attract a lot of attention. Feels kind of plastic and very light weight.

This is a great 28mm lens, has some distortion as to be expected for a 28mm but is generally pretty great! Obviously VS my Zeiss Batis 55mm I don't get bokeh very easily on this and is generally not as sharp of a lens but that is to be expected for a 28mm. Looking forward to the ability to convert to 16mm fisheye and be able to go back and forth between 16 and 28 with only a lens attachment that is pretty small and lightweight considering the versatility you get.

Took this lens with me on vacation, ended up with stunning pictures. I have to admit I was very impressed.

I mostly use wide angle manual focus lenses when I am photographing Architectural subjects. Also I try to use only smaller lenses which the Sony FE 28 is, even though it is primarily auto focus, but works well for manual focusing. It's not the sharpest lens I own, but it's not too bad either. I think it would be a great street photography lens and I do use it and my 21mm a lot.

This is the first lens you should buy for your FE mount camera. It’s a focal length everyone should have in their bag. It focuses quickly and does it very quietly. It’s also very light weight. It feels very premium without being as expensive as some other lenses.

Used this on my a7sii, works great and never have had a problem with it. Has very fast auto focus. Go for the 28mm instead of the Zeiss 35mm it’s more bang for your buck

Made a mistake and purchased this lens. It does the job but has no zoom so I had to return it. It does perform very well and I highly recommend it.

This lens is great. Clearity is awesome and aperture is great. If your looking for a learning lens this is a great one. It's a fixed lens so does not zoom.
