Forgotten Lens, No Support from Best Buy

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed it for a last minute job, delivered on time, but the packaging was damaged and actually looked tampered with. When i got to the box of the lens, it was clearly already opened before hand. The lens was missing from the packaging. I called support and was told they’d support me with a refund at the very least. Then a week after that correspondence, i got an email that said i wont be getting one anymore and to file a police report. Terrible support

My holy grail lens.
