Great and sharp lens. Perfect Wide angle.

G Master's make great sharp lenses. I haven't had any issue with it. The lens hood snaps after rotating it and you need to press a button on the side to unsnap it. I almost broke it off because I didn't know about it. I like the button on the side of the lens to hold your focus, but you can program it to do something else if your focusing is automatic, and since Sony's cameras are amazing in fast-tracking and focusing, I just programmed that button for something else like picture profile.

Great quality, not a fan of the reverse zoom

The only issue I have with the lens is that it works opposite every other 16-35 lens I've used. By default, when the lens is in its smallest form factor it is 35mm. In order to get the wide angle 16mm focal length the lens extends. Since we're using the lens on a gimbal this makes things more challenging and potentially risks damage to the lens since more of the elements are exposed when the lens extends.
