    This is one of the best lens you could get for your E-mount Sony camera. The bokeh effect at F2.8 is just out of this world. I can see a distinct difference with photos taken using this lens and my other lenses that I have. It's a pricey purchase but the difference in picture quality will soon make you realize that this was a good investment. If you are into photography, then this is a great lens to have on your side. The autofocus does great even in low light.

    I have wanted this lens since the day it was released however, I never needed it I just wanted it. The day finally came that I could justify the cost so I grabbed it. I am a professional Real Estate photographer. It is sharp and the autofocus is fast and reliable. In my opinion, it is the best overall lens on the market right now for Sony shooters. If you ave the spare cash it is a must-have,

    This is a really great lens now there isn’t anything wrong if you want to get this lens over the newer model, but it also wouldn’t hurt to get the 2nd gen 200mm lens

    Absolutely amazing lens, great bokeh at f2.8 200mm, only two downsides is that the autofocus motor is a tad loud but unnoticeable when shooting, and it hunts for focus for a while in low light conditions. Still 100% recommend, best purchase I’ve made as a photographer.

    I was able to take good shots of different things moving fast without any blur. It stays very sharp throughout focus range and can capture almost anything, in particular portraits. The image stabilization is great as well. Highly recommend it despite the high price!

    This lens is a must-have for any professional photographer, especially if you do portraits. The IQ and the background compression are incredible. The 3 function buttons that you can map to Eye-AF make my work easier. The internal zoom keeps the package small.

    Wow...just wow...what a beast of a lens as you'd expect for the price, but worth every penny. I use it with my Sony Alpha A7r4 and it makes amazing photos, but it is, after all a G Master Lens and i would highly recommend.
