I bought this memory card to use in my Nikon D850 camera. It has worked flawlessly and is fast. The D850 files are 45MB, yet it does not slow down even when shooting in burstmode.

Really enjoying using this XQD card with my Nikon D500. No buffering as i try to track Birds in Flight. Great capacity also. All my images from a 2 week trip to the Great Australian Outback fitted on the one card.

I’ve not had issues with sony qxd memory cards. If you shoot a lot or in raw this card is fast and has ample storage. Go 64 if you don’t shoot raw but cost per gig will be higher.

I have Nikon z6 and bought this card for this mirrorless camera. Initially i was thinking how it will perform. However what i can say is its Blazing Fast and one of the fastest memory card I have ever used. Both read and write operations in this card is fast. It took me just 6 minutes to copy 50 gb files from this card to San Disk External Hard Drive and around 2-3 minutes in my mac. Had it been SD card it would have taken almost 20-30 minutes to copy the same data in external hard drive. Now i realize why Nikon opt for XQD instead of 2 slots of SD card.

These cards are the near future for people who own specific cameras that use them. Even though made by Sony, their cameras don't use them. But Nikon has some high-end cameras that do, and their upcoming Z series of cameras will support them as well. But keep in mind that the Z series are going to get a firmware update that will allow them to work with the much faster CSExpress cards. They are the same exact format as the XQD cards, but have much better performance. So if you plan to jump into the Z system, only buy what you need to get started. You'll want to be getting CFExpress cards for the long term. They should start arriving at the end of the year, about the same time Nikon will update their cameras' firmware to allow them to work with CFExpress.

I had a couple of 64GB, but found myself routinely going over when photographing wildlife. This card gives me peace of mind, but just plain too expensive. Card seems very robust and reliable so far.

Actually, Nikon doesn't have a choice. They have to use something fast enough for the HD video, and this has to be viable and commercially available, so this is what they build in. I'm waiting for cameras to go the way of TV's= seperate the optics, camera, and acquisition processing cores.

Read reviews on speed and decided to purchase the Sony XQD 128GB vs. the 64GB for my Nikon D500. Granted it's more money but will take a long time to fill up with photos and video. Don't forget Best Buy will price match as well.

I bought this to use with my D500. I actually bought it after already having the 64GB version. I always like to have an extra card in case it's needed. This is now my primary card and the 64GB version is the backup. Download times from the card to the computer are insanely fast for as many images as I transfer at a time. The camera never seems to buffer or slow down with this card (as opposed to using the standard SD card slot which does buffer at a much lower number of files). The only drawback is the cost because it is rather expensive but very good quality.

When you own the D850 as I do and shoot with large raw images you need a fast ZQD card. These are fast cards and Best Buy was the only place I could get them unstuck at 128gb size. I love Best Buy!
