    I was a little nervous about this refurbished controlller but once I received it, I realized I was worried for know reason. It literally looks and operates like a brand new controller. Not a scratch on the exterior on the controller either. So, 5 stars for the price, quality and free shipping!

    I need some new controllers for my Playstation 4 and I saw these refurbished controllers on the Best Buy website for a very good price so i thought I'd give them a try and they work just as well as the brand new controllers out of the box for quite a bit less. Great purchase.

    This was a refurbished item, it was not working because something was stuck inside the controller. we had to open it, remove the outside object that was broken inside the controller and only then we were able to use it.

    When I received the controller I was surprised to it had "Gamer Handgrips". Its fine But removing them because of the glue was a pain.
