It didn't work

Plugged it all in right and after making sure 5 times and having 3 other adults look at it we came to the conclusion it didn't work. Geek squat wouldn't help and best buy was clueless and said I could return it. I ended up buying a brand new power cord from Walmart and it now works fine. Thanks for the broken item and no help.

Will never buy refurbished items from Best Buy

Doesn’t refurbished means they should test it first? And secondly, my sons head set/ ear buds that came with it had ear wax in them!!! DISGUSTING!!! Best Buy should not be refurbishing ANYTHING!!

I didnt receive the game or the ear buds that were supposed to be included in the package I purchased on line. Times like this is why I don't like buying things online...

Certified Refurbished doesn't mean complete

The PS camera, HDMI cables, and the game disc. It was also missing the earbuds but those aren't required. Once I purchased the missing items the system is working as it should.

Great Value
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Now note, this is a first Gen PSVR, so if you want the latest version, you most likely have to buy it new. That said, I really enjoy it. I got this mainly for Fnaf VR and Skyrim VR and both run great. I have a PS4 Pro, but tried this on my roommates PS4 slim and it still ran fine. The only thing I would recommend is to get some fog prevention liquid off of amazon to help, as I had issues with foggy glasses/headset, but that does not happen to everyone.
