Nice video camera, performs as promised with great results. I’ll probably be upgrading to a mirror less SLR but this was a good choice to start with and I’ll continue to use it in combo with the SLR.

A simple camera with high-quality video. It is in the mid-range for the price, but delivers better quality video than other camcorders. I have noticed others only capable of delivering phone quality videos.

I purchased this camcorder to record videos for my YouTube channel. It’s easy to use produces great videos however it wasn’t easy to connect my external mic to. I couldn’t get it to work at all.

Purchased this for our Disney vacation and it worked great. Easy to use and set up. Quick response when I needed it. The only con is that it doesn't come with a strap to carry it.

I use this 4K camcorder as an attachment to a surgical microscope. We record surgical procedures for lectures in big venues with superb quality on very large screens.

So far used for recorded sports events, tennis, to critique play. No shake is an advantage in moving and following players. some difficulty in screen view in cold weather. It's better that my last camcorder.

Camera quality looks good but fps isn't higher the 30fps on 4k and kind of ruins the quality of the 4k image unless you recording in one directions and objects move.

I went back and forth between the Sony and the Canon Vixia HF G20. Both HD same price points but the Sony sold me on the 4K resolution and the mechanical video stabilization. The Canon only had a digital stabilization while the Sony had a combination of mechanical and digital. For the long shots, this has been invaluable. I would highly recommend this camera if are looking for a simple but professional quality camera.

I needed a high caliber camera to replace my current one that is obsolete. For a relatively reasonable price, this camera fill all of my audition and field shooting needs.
