I'm most impressed by the SteadyShot. I first used this camcorder on a family vacation to film my children in a parade. When I got back and watched the video for the first time I was blown away by the 4k quality and how the SteadShot smoothed out my unsteady arm. It's cool to see the lends move inside the camera to keep everything steady. Highly recommended.

Good quality video. Simple to use. Great video and audio quality.

The video quality is quite good. Manual adjustments are possible though the small size limits your control to one adjustment at a time. 4K capability is difficult to judge without a high end computer and 4K monitor. I used this to video tape a theatrical performance on a tripod, video quality looks excellent. I used the manual setting on the iris to adjust for highly variable lighting levels. Zoom lever is a bit touchy.

After doing a lot of research and readings reviews I chose this camera. For well under $1000 it seemed like the best value for the newest technology. I just used it on our first summer trip and the camera was amazing. Crystal clear pictures and the zoom worked well. What really got my attention with this camera was the stabilizing lens. It eliminated all the hassle of keeping your hand perfectly still like my old camera required.

Most importantly of all, the AX33 is a 4K handycam that just about anybody can pick up and love, video recording buff or not. Basically, it’s the 4K video equivalent of the average joe’s home use camcorder. However, despite this and its correspondingly mundane appearance, this little camcorder comes loaded up with some excellent video recording features and can even pull off some excellent still photo shooting.

This camera has features that aren’t found on other competitors video cameras like a full gymble optical image stabilizer that can even smooth out filming while walking. It is easy to use while offering pro features if you want to dive deep. It takes 20MP stills that look as good as many DSLRs. I have had this for over a year now and I am as impressed with it as the day I bought it.

Debated the need for a digital camcorder when I already have a smartphone to take videos. This digital camcorder does EVERYTHING better than any smartphone on the market! It’s certainly worth having on a nice vacation or for recording significant life events (graduations, birthday parties, ceremonies, etc). Both the still photos and videos turned out great!

A LOT OF CAMERA FOR THE PRICE. WE WANTED A CAMERA THAT WOULD DOUBLE TO TRANSMIT OUR CHURCH SERVICES AND SENT IT TO OUR SOCIAL HALL. IT DOES WHAT WE WANTED IT TO DO. I READ THE SUMMARY AND IT WAS ON THE MARK AND HELPED US MAKE THIS CHOICE
